Macrozoobenthos as Biodiversity and Habitat Quality Indicator of Quarry Ribnica’s Hydroecosystems

The project is based on a comprehensive ecological inventory study - qualitative and quantitative data analysis of macrozoobenthos (invertebrate bottom fauna living on, or in the bottom, which is retained on a sieve with a mesh size of 1 mm x 1 mm.) which inhabit quarry Ribnica’s main hydroecosystems [Forest stream (quarry's water supply system) and Ribnica river (downstream tributaries)].
